I knew we were in good hands after our introductory phone call - I felt like you were really interested in Pat and Chub and their life together. After the call I thought I might have gone on a bit - understatement - but it was lovely to see how you collected the threads of that conversation into the beautiful description of Pat and of them as a couple that you gave in you your address at the funeral service. 

In short, you listened, heard, wove the threads into a delightful tale with a true balance of colour, reverence and humour. Then your delivery was measured and consistent. Overall you choreographed an excellent service for our dear friends. And I always felt in full control because your communication was excellent.
